Natural Perfumers Guild Founder Mandy Aftel to Speak at New York Botanical Garden on Perfumed Teas

Edible Evenings: A Celebration of Wine, Beer, and Food at the New York Botanical Garden

Mandy Aftel of Aftelier Perfumes will be presenting her vision and insights into the creation of perfumed tea on Thursday August 6th, 2009 from 6-9 P.M. at the New York Botanical Garden as part of their series, The Edible Garden. Mandy will be talking about using essential oils to flavor tea, and the participants will be sampling her gorgeous Rose & Ginger and Jasmine & Mint teas. The presentation is a part of Edible Evenings, and will take place on August 6th from 6 to 9 pm. Bluebottle coffee will also be part of the evening. Tickets are $20 for non-members; $10 for members, and can be purchased from the Botanical Garden here.
