CleanWell's Ginger Bergamot Foaming Hand Soap Reviewed - fragrance formulation by Mandy Aftel

CleanWell, a Benefactor Member of the Guild, teamed up with Guild founder Mandy Aftel last year and released several products including a foaming hand soap that contains a component dubbed Ingenium, described as “a patented formulation of essential plant oils proven to kill 99.99% of the germs that make you sick.” Mandy's contribution to the product was to come up with three fragrances that would provide beautiful natural scents for the soaps. The scents are Lavender Absolute, Orange Vanilla and Ginger Bergamot.

Jessica, a contributor on the Now Smell This blog reviewed the Ginger Bergamot soap today and praised the fragrance, the gentleness on the hands, and the price point.

More information, including the philosophy and driving force behind the Ingenium and the non-alcoholic hand sanitizers (also fragranced by Mandy Aftel with an herbal/citrus scent) can be found on the CleanWell site. I've seen these but have yet to try any of them. I'll have to pick one up soon. Ginger Bergamot would actually be my choice.:)
